Meet the faces behind your glow up
Glow Aesthetics & Wellness Co was founded by Nurse Practitioner Shiree Walker. The original name “Glow Aesthetics Perth” was influenced by her wonderful clients who often said they just wanted to look refreshed and have a natural “glow”. The clinic has evolved to not only provide aesthetic treatments, but to also encompass a holistic approach using the principles of preventative, integrative and functional medicine.
This branch of the clinic was formally known as Yoni Health Clinic, which had a strong interest in women’s health.
But as we grew, we were asked if we would provide consults and assessments for partners and husbands, and since we are a clinic that believes in inclusivity and diversity it was time to evolve.
Each treatment plan is based on the best outcome for the specific individual, not a cookie cutter treatment plan.

Shiree Walker- Nurse Practitioner

Shiree has had an extensive nursing career within WA Health, with specialist experience in emergency care, continence and urology, aesthetics and integrative & functional medicine.
Her post-graduate studies have led her to work as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in both metropolitan and rural emergency departments, as well as the urogynaecology NP at King Edward Memorial Hospital (part of the Women and Newborn Health Service).
In addition to her clinical roles, she has guest lectured to nursing and medical students at the University of Western Australia, The University of Notre Dame Australia, Curtin University, Murdoch University and Edith Cowan University. Shiree has contributed to the future of Nurse Practitioners through her position as NP Coordinator at Curtin University, where she has mentored and supported emerging NP professionals.
In the private sector she has been a clinical trainer (to nurses and doctors) for national and international companies such as:

· RegenLab (Regenerative Medicine/Platelet Rich Plasma)
· HealthCert Education (Aesthetic Medicine)
· L'Oreal Australia/Skin Better Science
She has also been the WA representative for the Australian Dermatology Nursing Association for several years where she was the recipient of their USA/Canada Scholarship. She also served on the board of the Continence Foundation of Australia (WA Branch). Shiree has a special interest in women’s health and is member of the WA Pelvic Pain Network.

Ryley Tink- Nurse Practitioner

Ryley is an endorsed Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience and a background in women’s and sexual health, emergency care, dermatology, and primary health care. This breadth of experience supports her thorough clinical assessment and management, tailored to each individual’s concerns and goals.
As a mum, Ryley understands the practical realities many people face when managing their health. She takes an evidence-based medical approach, integrating lifestyle and functional medicine strategies where appropriate, within a safe and non-judgemental environment. Her clinical interests include general hormonal health, contraception, menstrual concerns, perimenopause and menopause, fatigue, mood changes, weight management, and sexual health and wellbeing, including concerns related to libido.
When she’s not working, Ryley enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, getting outdoors; and has never met a cup of tea she didn’t like!

Manisha Patel- Senior Dermal Therapist
Manisha’s career has spanned over 35 years which has included having her own practice, tutoring international students at the well-known Ray Cochrane Beauty school in London, to working as a senior aesthetician and spa therapist at a private members clinic in Canary Wharf to name a few. She feels she has been fortunate to work with some amazing people along the way who have always been very generous with sharing their knowledge which in-turn she has loved paying it forward and also sharing her knowledge. Not many professionals stay in this field as long as she has but she’s found it to be very rewarding and fast evolving but will never stray too far from what she knows really makes the biggest impacts when it comes to the improvement of the skin.
Manisha is passionate about all things skin with a personal interest in acne management, pigmentation revision, long term skin rejuvenation, addressing early signs of ageing and overall optimum skin health for all Fitzpatrick skin types in both men and women in all age groups.
She started at Glow Aesthetics at the beginning of 2025 and feels it is a privilege to work alongside a team of dedicated health professional that strive to be industry leaders. “I truly get paid to do a job I really, really love”.

Rachael Engelbrecht

Rachael originally hails from New Zealand and has been a Registered Nurse for 18 years. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2021 and has a background in diabetes and endocrine specialties, as well as general practice. She moved to Australia for a change in lifestyle and to be part of a Nurse Practitioner pilot in indigenous health to increase access to primary care for vulnerable populations. She has also recently been teaching at Murdoch University in the nursing undergraduate program, and previously taught in the pharmacology and Registered Nurse prescribing course in New Zealand.
Rachael is passionate about women’s health, preventative care and holistic wellness and aims to deliver exceptional care, including using a holistic evidence based approach to empower clients through informed choices. We are excited for her to be part of the Glow team.
